I am a GIS professional with more than twelve years of experience working across the public and private sector. My background spans cartography, spatial data analysis, environmental assessment, aerial and hydrographic survey, and project management. I have worked with a wide range of organisations and datasets, giving me a practical understanding of how GIS supports real decision making.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and an MSc in Environmental Management. These degrees provided a strong technical foundation that I have built on throughout my career while working with complex spatial information, large datasets and multidisciplinary teams.
My work today focuses on helping people use GIS and spatial tools more effectively. I specialise in data transformation, workflow design and clear geospatial communication. I enjoy breaking down technical processes into simple, repeatable steps and helping others gain the confidence to work with spatial data.
Through my courses I aim to give learners practical skills they can use immediately in their own projects. Whether you are completely new to GIS or looking to strengthen your existing toolkit, my goal is to give you clear guidance grounded in real world experience.
