I'm Dr. K. Selvakumar, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my courses. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), India, with over 14 years of teaching, research, and mentoring experience. I hold a B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and have dedicated my career to helping students and professionals build strong technical and analytical skills.
My teaching and research interests include Electrical Engineering, Electric Vehicles (EVs), E-Mobility, Artificial Intelligence applications in engineering, Smart Energy Systems, and Logical Reasoning. I believe that even the most complex concepts can be understood when they are explained in a simple, structured, and practical way. Over the years, I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students, guided research projects, published technical papers, and mentored learners in both academic and professional development. My goal is to bridge the gap between theory and real-world applications by using clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive learning methods.
