I am Md. Shahidul Islam, widely known as Sayed. I am an experienced eCommerce and Digital Marketing expert with over 16 years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and scaling profitable online businesses across international marketplaces.

My journey began in a rural village of Satkhira District, Bangladesh, where I completed my primary, secondary, and higher secondary education. Later, I earned both B.B.S. and M.B.S. degrees in Management from Khulna Brojolal University. Alongside my studies, I worked part-time to gain real-world professional experience.

In 2010, I moved to Dhaka to begin my professional career. Over the next nine years, I worked with several reputed organizations, where I developed strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills.

However, my passion for building an independent online career started much earlier—in 2008. Since then, I have worked extensively in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, web design and development, and affiliate marketing.

In parallel, I have gained extensive experience in dropshipping, print-on-demand (POD), Amazon KDP, Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, and international eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace. Through this journey, I have successfully built and scaled multiple eCommerce brands.

To support and train others, I founded my first agency and training institute, Siam Digital IT, which quickly gained recognition. To provide more structured and professional services, I later established Skill Academy Bangladesh and Ecom GrowthX LLC, where I currently serve as the Founder & CEO of both organizations.

Today, we provide end-to-end digital services and eCommerce solutions to clients across the globe. I lead a high-performing team of 57+ skilled professionals, each specializing in their respective fields. This allows us to deliver data-driven, scalable, and result-oriented strategies consistently.

Our long-term vision is to establish our own office building by 2030 and to support at least 10,000 entrepreneurs from Bangladesh in successfully operating businesses in both local and global markets.

Beyond agency services, I am deeply committed to education and mentorship. Since 2016, through Siam Digital IT and later Skill Academy Bangladesh, I have been mentoring aspiring freelancers and entrepreneurs—helping them build practical skills, confidence, and sustainable careers.

In shā’ Allāh, by 2030, my mission is to assist a minimum of 10,000 entrepreneurs from Bangladesh in running successful businesses in domestic and international markets.

Additionally, through my YouTube channel and Facebook page, I regularly share real-world insights and actionable knowledge, supporting learners at every stage of their professional journey.
