Born and raised in Umlazi, the fourth largest township in South Africa after Soweto, Tembisa, and Katlehong. It is located southwest of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal province.  I developed a passion early on for knowledge and helping others. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Human Resources, and after graduating, I quickly found work in the field and ended up establishing my own company EduMe With Sandile November (Pty) Ltd.

As I gained more experience in HR, I realized that my true calling was education. As an experienced career coach, I knew what it took to land a job and succeed in the workplace. Many job seekers didn't have access to this critical knowledge, so I decided to change that.

I started offering online courses on job hunting, resume writing, and career development. It wasn't easy starting out, but I knew I could make a difference in people's lives. I took the time to craft quality courses that provided real value to my students, and as a result, my following grew rapidly.

With my HR expertise, I was able to teach not only the basics but also advanced strategies for succeeding in the workplace. I inspired my students to believe in themselves and take control of their careers.

Not only did I excel as an online instructor, but I also used my expertise to work as a Sales Agent. I quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry, and soon after, I was closing deals at high rates.

Combining my two areas of expertise, I became a highly respected name in the world of HR, online education, and sales. I've helped countless individuals achieve their career goals and gain the confidence they need to succeed. To me, it isn't just about the bottom line; it's about helping others, and that's what sets them apart from the rest and I am now known to be the Recruitment Wizard.
