Sabrina Medeiros has a Ph.D. in Political Science; she is a Professor at Lusófona University and a Researcher at the InterAgency Institute. She was previously a faculty member at the Brazilian Naval War College (Rio de Janeiro, BR), the Inter-American Defense College (DC, USA), and Rio de Janeiro Federal University.
