My name is Rod Barnett and I've been in the automotive industry for over 40 years of which over 25 have been spent as a technical specialist. This includes running a technical centre for problem vehicles, doing technical support and technical field work (visiting other dealers and workshops to carry out diagnosis and repair on vehicles that have been previously diagnosed and repaired but failed to fix the issue). For the last 15 years I've been a technical trainer for various Automotive Manufactures covering all aspects of training and assessments from standard technician to Master Technician
