I specialize in creating instructional videos that are easy to understand and help users feel confident in their skills. l am passionate about teaching through video and have my own business, Redbird Tutorials, where I make software and web app tutorial videos for clients such as QuickBooks.

When it comes to Excel, I have over two decades experience using it in both corporate and government environments for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Amtrak, Loews Hotels, and the Maryland Transit Administration. I’m always so excited to share my Excel expertise with students because I know that having the right Excel skill set can vastly improve office productivity and efficiency.
