After finishing her gymnastics career as an NCAA D1 Gymnast, Rebecca made a name for herself in the coaching world producing numerous State, Regional, and National Champions, and leading team Canada to a bronze medal at the 2017 Maccabiah Games. Rebecca now works as a professional Acrobat, and aerialist. She also as a Head Official for the collegiate sport of Acrobatics and Tumbling. She greatly enjoys bringing gymnastics technique into the world of adult fitness, and has taught workshops for handstands and other gymnastics skills at Crossfit gyms around the country. She feels strongly that everyone should have access to the best tools and techniques regardless of what their experience or goals are and is so excited to share them in the udemy course.
