I am an experienced educator/lecturer at all levels of education, a researcher and an experienced consultant having worked with different organizations. I hold a PhD with research focus on sustainable development. I have lectured in the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Education at different universities, has supervised post-graduate students and has numerous academic publications. I have also published a book on leadership. I have over a decade of experience in various sustainability issues and has served in leadership roles in several organizations, one of which was on the board of directors of an environmental centre.

I am a positive, balanced and enthusiastic person committed to whatever I take on and aims to develop and bring out the best in people. I have taught large classes of students at the tertiary level both in the online and face-to-face mode. The objective of my teaching and roles associated with my teaching is to provide the best for the student who is the centre of focus.
