游寶達教授現任國立中正大學資工系教授，並曾任中正大學圖書館館長，數位學習中心主任、清江學習中心主任，長期研究與經營數位學習，並推動數位教材與課程認證。專長為智慧型系統設計、智慧型網路、ICAL、非線性系統、e-Learning、電腦輔助教學。

此外，游寶達教授學習易經達20年以上，由於理工專業之背景，引發將易數教條賦予科學生命的動機，欲利用模糊推論的架構來整合易經卜卦之零散推論教條，發展《易數邏輯》課程成為一門融合邏輯推論及哲學論述的特色課程。

Professor Pao-Ta Yu is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Chung Cheng University. He has also served as the Director of the University Library, the Director of the Digital Learning Center, and the Director of the Chingjiang Learning Center. He has long been engaged in research and development in the field of digital learning, actively promoting the certification of digital materials and courses. His areas of expertise include intelligent system design, smart networks, ICAL (Interactive Computer Aided Learning), nonlinear systems, e-Learning, and computer-aided instruction.

In addition, Professor Yu has studied the I Ching for more than 20 years. With his background in science and engineering, he was motivated to breathe scientific life into the traditional doctrines of I Ching numerology. He seeks to use the framework of fuzzy logic to integrate the scattered doctrines of I Ching divination, developing the course "I-Number Logic" a unique program that combines logical reasoning and philosophical discourse.
