Make happiness a habit!
For over TWENTY years I've been exploring ways to live a mindful life, and I am loving the journey. It's such a deep privilege to share this practice. I'm known for my joyful, light approach to nourishing our happiness and taking care of our suffering.
I've been a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh for 21 years, and am an ordained member of his Order of Interbeing. I taught English literature at university, and I love blending poetry with my practice.
I work with adults, teens and children, and have founded two mindfulness groups in Dublin, Ireland.
And my name is pronounced 'Orla', just so your internal monologue is correct!
