Mr. Leroy has a significant experience in Real Estate Finance and has worked for a few years in this sector. Thomas has worked on investment projects valued at more than $700 million with two top tier companies. He worked for a publicly listed company in a team of Real Estate investors. He worked on the creation and use of valuation analysis, including implementation of complex financial models (DCF, IRR, Ratios…).

Mr. Leroy also sourced, analyzed, and synthesized real estate related market data (rent prices, demand, cap rates…). Thomas also modeled the impact of loan financing on the closing phase of Real Estate investments.

After that experience, Mr. Leroy integrated a private equity fund with a yearly investment budget over $1 billion. In a team of 6 investors, he identified investment opportunities, helped the team to develop financial models and financial analysis (DCF, IRR, Ratios, Business Plans…). Thomas also performed the valuation and analysis of several individual properties in the Real Estate sector and managed real estate properties already part of the group.

Finally, Mr. Leroy has formed online and face-to-face multiple students willing to integrate top tier real estate companies such as: Morgan Stanley, Barclays Global Investors, Eastdil Secured, RBC Royal Bank, Rothschild & Co.
