I am a Conscious Health Educator and integrative healing practitioner working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, mind–body–spirit health, and trauma-informed care.
My professional journey began in sociology and psychology, followed by graduate training in finance and organizational development. I spent many years in international consulting, leadership development, and project coordination with organizations including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the European Union. Through this work, I observed a consistent pattern: lasting transformation—whether in individuals, organizations, or systems—does not occur through strategy or cognition alone. It requires attention to deeper emotional, relational, and energetic dimensions.
This insight guided my transition into complementary and integrative healing.
I am the developer of the Acu-vibrational Tuning Fork Technique™, a gentle, integrative approach that combines vibrational sound therapy, acupressure principles, Reiki-based energy work, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. This work supports nervous system regulation, emotional coherence, and whole-person wellbeing, complementing—rather than replacing—medical and psychological care.
My approach draws from long-standing spiritual healing traditions and is informed by contemporary integrative medicine research, including mind–body science, psychoneuroimmunology, and biofield studies.
My work is guided by a simple principle:
Healing is not something we apply to people—it is something we cultivate with them, in safety, presence, and respect for their full humanity.
