I was always attracted to movement and to deepen my understanding of the human spirit.
After teaching aerobics and fitness for over five years and finishing my degree in social work, I discovered AcroYoga. For me, it's the best combination of mind and body.
It's the perfect way to challenge and improve both your body skills (such as strength, flexibility and balance) and your communication (such as listening, sensitivity and receiving and giving feedback) while having an awesome experience.
Today I'm a certified AcroYoga teacher, personal trainer and a Thai massage therapist.
In the way I teach I emphasis the emotional process that comes with the physical progression, because I feel both are connected and part of our journey.
