2.  Holds a post-qualification diploma in Information Systems Audit – DISA given by ICAI (10th Rank in India, 1st in Mumbai).

B. Present Occupation:

Partner with Shashikant J. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants and practice mostly in Forensic Audit, Business & Assurance Analytics and Internal Audit.

1. Testifies and furnishes expert evidence as forensic auditor before the Honorable Mumbai High Court on matters related to Financial Frauds.

i. Insider trading by employees of large broking firms,
