Hi, I am Michelle Luz. I am a mama, animal lover and I used to work in fashion until I find myself pregnant. Vegan since 2018, I wasn't sure if I could keep going with my lifestyle, and I had to work hard to find this answer. Being passionate about veganism, animals and nutrition, I've dedicated all my pregnancy to study and learn from nutrition courses to support a healthy development of my baby. And I can say that the outcome was better than I was expecting, my pregnancy was amazing and I have delivered a healthy baby (which is now, by the date of the launch, turning 1 year old). So, by the end of my pregnancy journey I started to compile all the evidence based information I've collected to built this guide to help other women to be confident about raise a vegan baby since conception and be empowered to stand up about her choice.
