Since 2004 I've been helping rehabilitate the physical body via Pilates. My journey through the years has been mentored through many wise and fabulous powerful women. I've trained in Colour therapy, Access Bars, metaphysics as well as many more courses and workshops. These are home made videos and I hope you get as much out of them as what I did learning and compiling them. I recently completed my Ph.D. as a Doctor in Philosophy through the University of Sedona.
