I'm a CFO, M&A practitioner, and AI Project Lead with over two decades of international executive experience in four continents and over thirty transactions. I currently serve as CFO and AI Project Lead at an enterprise-scale energy company, which means I'm not observing AI deployment from a distance. I'm in it.

I was named a Colorado Titan 100 honoree in both 2025 and 2026, recognizing the top CEOs and C-suite executives in the state. I hold a Ph.D., an MBA, a Master of Science in Accounting, and a CPA, including the Elijah Watt Sells Award for the top performers on the CPA examination. I've also completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton and hold an AI certificate from MIT.

Originally from Austria, I brought a European perspective to North America and have spent my career building finance functions, executing complex deals, and leading organizational transformation. I speak five languages.
