With over 20 years of experience in yoga and a strong background in anatomy-informed movement, I specialize in teaching aerial yoga using the hammock as a tool for strength, support, and self-discovery. I’ve guided students of all ages and levels, and I love making the practice safe, accessible, and empowering—especially for beginners.
I believe movement should feel good, not intimidating. My teaching blends technical precision with a playful, calming energy, and I always aim to create a space where you can explore at your own pace.
