Hi, I’m Mete Kilic, a passionate Quality professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, specializing in IATF16949 Quality Management System, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement.

My journey began in 2015, right after graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I quickly immersed myself in a fast paced Quality Engineer role, where I faced real world challenges, a demanding but rewarding start that accelerated my growth in the field.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with global organizations and take on a variety of roles, including:

- Managing critical Customer Quality Claims using 8D, A3, FTA-PDCA, and Kaizen methodologies.

- Leading FMEA, Control Plan, and Lesson Learned activities.

- Transitioning quality systems to IATF 16949 standards.

- Coaching departments to improve QMS Maturity.

- Conducting QMS, Process, and Product Audits.

- Leading Quality Control Teams.

- Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), which has further strengthened my ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic business decisions.

What I enjoy most is simplifying complex quality concepts, making them clear and actionable for teams because I believe quality should be powerful, yet never complicated.
