Melanie Meiring is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and ethics-driven consultant based in Namibia, working at the intersection of fraud prevention, investigations, and responsible decision-making.
With a background in forensic accounting, compliance, and modern applied psychology, Melanie helps individuals and organisations understand how fraud happens, why people make unethical decisions, and how risks can be reduced through clear systems and informed judgement. Her work focuses on practical, real-world scenarios rather than theory, making complex topics accessible without oversimplifying them.
Melanie is the founder of SoA Growth & Integrity Consulting, where she delivers fraud risk assessments, evidence support, ethics and fraud-awareness training, and compliance guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises. She also works with legal professionals on AI risk awareness and ethical use of emerging technologies, and contributes to national discussions on responsible AI governance in Namibia.
As an instructor, Melanie’s teaching style is calm, structured, and experience-based. Her courses are designed for learners who want to think more clearly, recognise red flags early, and make decisions with integrity — whether in business, professional practice, or everyday life.
Her guiding belief is simple: integrity is not abstract — it is built through informed choices, consistent behaviour, and practical safeguards.
