My name is Matei Florin and for the last 15 years I worked as an operator in a police tactical unit and as a PMC (Private Military Contractor) in High Risk Zones, maritime security anti-piracy missions.

Six years ago after a lot of training and studies I've created TCS (Tactical Combat System) a modern fighting system that utilize blades and firearms combat tactics.

I am also the founder of Tribe13
