Leadership has been at the heart of my professional journey for more than 20 years. I have built and led international teams, transformed organizations, guided strategic turnarounds, and helped businesses grow in fast-moving, technology-driven environments.

Directly and through my organizations, I have been responsible for more than 1,000 projects. My work across Europe, South Africa, the United States, Brazil, India, and Singapore has taught me that successful leadership is not about titles—it is about building trust, developing people, and creating clarity in complex situations.

I am the author of several bestselling books on project leadership and global leadership, a university lecturer in management and leadership, and a researcher exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and leadership. My academic background includes degrees in Information Technology, Project and Process Management, and General Management.
