Hey, I'm Mark :)

I'm a published author, certified trainer (TAP), accredited coach (EMCC), LinkedIn Learning instructor and public speaker. I graduated from the Ulster University with an MBA. I've worked in industry for over 25 years and have been a manager and leader. It's my pleasure to welcome you to my courses.

So why do I want to help you? You're here because you want to improve some of your skills. Research from multiple sources indicates that acquiring skills, developing skills and sharpening skills are essential to performing well at work.

I have worked with and trained staff from Coca Cola, Dell, Motorola, Boston Scientific, British Airways and many more organisations in various locations around the world. I have helped people who know almost nothing in their chosen area of interest. I have also worked with experienced individuals who want to get to grips with skills essential to work in the 21st century.
