Manekshaw is the founder of SkillMaak Digital Hub and a Mechanical Engineer with 30 years of rich industry experience in product design, CAE simulations, and structural analysis.

Having worked across five countries—including the USA, UK, France, Japan, and Malaysia—and major Indian tech hubs like Chennai and Bangalore, Manekshaw has executed hundreds of engineering projects at leading companies such as TCS, Ansaldo, Altair, and OLA Electric. Has executed projects in short term and long term to customers across the world including FORD, NISSAN, GE, IRIS, AIRBUS, JLR, SABIC, NLC, APM, LG

With deep expertise spanning manufacturing, quality control, product development, and sheet metal forming, he has successfully led complex projects in automotive, FMCG, and structural sectors.

Manekshaw holds a Master’s degree in Product Design & Analysis Engineering and a degree in Business Administration, and is passionate about empowering engineers. He has personally trained over 500+ graduates and professionals, helping them gain practical CAE skills to advance their careers.
