Hi, I’m Raymond Dozier, MAI. I’ve spent over 50 years in commercial real estate valuation and underwriting and hold the MAI designation, the highest credential awarded by the Appraisal Institute.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of ValueXpose, Inc., and the creator of SmartVal™, a cloud-based valuation, appraisal reporting, database, and value sustainability platform designed to modernize professional real estate analysis.

Over my career, I’ve served as an expert witness for more than 30 years in both superior and federal courts, testifying on complex valuation matters. I’ve held multi-state Certified General appraisal licenses and am a 40+ year Life Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Before retiring, I owned and operated one of the largest appraisal firms in Southern California. I’ve also been directly involved in the development of shopping centers, office buildings, condominium projects, and residential properties, giving me firsthand experience across the full real estate lifecycle.
