Over the years, I’ve specialized in ganache, tempering, and practical chocolate techniques that work in real home-kitchen and Indian climate conditions.
Today, I train aspiring chocolatiers and home-based entrepreneurs to master chocolate making with strong fundamentals, clear methods, and confidence—whether for personal passion or business growth.
