Hello! My name is Luiz and I would love to have the opportunity to be your Portuguese tutor.

Let me tell you a bit about myself and my teaching style, and if you choose to, we can set up a trial lesson to further help you make your decision about a tutor.

I am a 44-year-old Brazilian (so a native Portuguese speaker). Having previously graduated in Public Security Technology and Information Technology. However, my true passion is teaching, so I am currently studying for my official qualification as a teacher in my new graduation in a Letras Português / Inglês, at the Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in São Paulo.

Specialist in teaching Portuguese as a second language and foreign language. Our classes can be adapted to your specific needs, whether that be for the Celpe-Bras Official Proficiency Exam or for travel, work, relationships, etc. Whatever your motivation, I will simulate real life situations, using proven methodology, to help you achieve your language learning goals.

Undoubtedly, my biggest strength is my ability to patiently teach other people and pass on my knowledge. I specialized in prepare students for the Celp-Bras exam - Certificate of Proficiency in Portuguese Language for Foreigners (Celpe-Bras).
