Top-BOSS was established in 2002, head office and R&D center is located in Taipei Taiwan, with three support centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing of China.
As the Online Business Simulation Game (BSG) expert, Top-BOSS publish digital game based contents to learn business and management. We have more than 120 university customers in Taiwan and 90 university customers in China, thousands of cooperate customers have received our training services and some trial users in Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Singapore and Vietnam.
Top-BOSS sponsored lots of contest among Asia countries. Currently, we have 11 products on market and several prototype products are in the process of development and testing work for release soon.
BOSS (business operations simulation system) is one of our products; it has been
recommended being a national course by China Education Ministry since 2007. Students can be risk free to master business operation by gaming technology.
BLOM (Business-game-based Learning Obje ct Modeling Tech) is our unique developing

特波國際成立於2002年，台北為營運總部及研發基地，負責台灣地區及亞洲的銷售及活動支援。2003年10月在南京設立特步軟件，支援大陸各地的大學商學或管理學院從事教學活動。2005年5月在北京成立特波智勝，對大陸地區的企業客戶提供培訓服務。
產品系列全部採用網際網路(web based)的形式呈現，主要營業項目為開發與代理各種模擬經營(simulation & gaming)教學系統及提供企業培訓，也協助部分教育機構建置專業商業戰情教室(warroom)，以仿真的情境建立情境式(situated learning)學習環境，在亞洲地區超過兩百所以上大學和數百家公民營機構採用我們的產品或服務，進行經營管理課程或競賽活動。
