With almost a decade of tech staffing experience I have seen a lot of good/bad/ugly practices. I've worked as both a recruiter and account manager for both boutique and multi-billion dollar enterprise organizations. I launched my own IT Staffing company Cupalo in September 2023 and have learned the ropes of starting and running my own shop.
