Khaled Ramadan Mohamed received his B Sc. degree from the Higher Institute of Engineering, Al Shorouk City, Egypt, in 2011, and both his M Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Menoufia University, Egypt, in 2018 and 2021, respectively. Since 2021, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Communication and Computer Engineering Department at the Higher Institute of Engineering, Egypt. In September 2024, he joined the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, College of Engineering, Ahlia University, Manama, Bahrain, as an Assistant Professor. Throughout his academic career, he has also served as a deputed Assistant Professor at several institutions in Egypt, including the Higher Technological Institute for Engineering and the Higher Institute for Aviation and Communications.
Dr. Khaled has taught more than 10 distinct undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as signal processing and systems, analog and digital communications, satellite communications, electronics, digital signal processing (DSP), antennas, wave propagation, and wireless communications. He has published several scientific papers in reputable national and international journals and conferences. One of his papers was recognized as the "Most-Read Article" by the International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS) during 2018–2019. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Khaled is an active online educator. He has developed multiple high-rated courses on the Udemy platform, which have attracted tens of thousands of students from over 167 countries. His current research interests include multicarrier communication systems, Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems, digital signal processing (DSP), digital communications, channel equalization, Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) estimation and compensation, Underwater Acoustic (UWA) wireless communication systems, and multicarrier Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) for 5G networks.
