Kate Hurley Krause toured all over the world for 14 years with her original music, and recorded on albums that sold over 50,000 units. In 2015 she began using her degree in music to teach lessons.  After a few months of teaching in a more traditional way, she developed visualizations and out of the box exercises to teach her students to overcome problem areas. She also began using her experience as a certified life coach to enhance her lessons in meaningful ways. Her students saw such drastic changes from these exercises that she decided to create an entire curriculum called "The Voice Color Method." She has created a course around this method and is also training vocal teachers of all levels to become Voice Color Method Certified Instructors. She lives in Asheville North Carolina with her husband and children in the beautiful cabin that her husband built.
