I've been travelling for the past 8 years and have chosen to consolidate all my knowledge to help others feel confident to plan and execute their dream trip.
What makes me qualified to give others advice you may ask? Well, firstly I've done a fair amount of trips. Not only backpacking but all forms of travel have taken me to weird and wonderful places. Here is my 'travel CV' that outlines everything I've done to this day.
2014 - Interrailing Trip // first big trip outside of the UK.
2015 ~ Au Pair in Munich ~Long distance cycle from UK to Germany. ~ Couchsurfing and hitchhiking experience in Germany for the summer.
2016 ~India backpacking trip ~Move to Copenhagen to study abroad ~ Trips to Sweden, Norway, Hungary, Czech Republic, Portugal.
2017 ~Move back to the UK in the summer. ~ Wales roadtrip with siblings. ~ Europe backpacking trip. ~ Morocco Trip
2018 ~ Long distance cycle from UK to Barcelona. ~Move to Hong Kong in August.
2019 ~ Backpack through Australia for a month. ~Cambodia and Malaysia trip. Leave Hong Kong in June. ~Backpack Asia for 4 months (Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan).
2020 <World fell apart> ~Bikepacking from Spain to Greece (2 months). ~Backpacking through Turkey.
2021 ~ Live in Spain for 6 months. ~ Start of Mexico 6-month trip (volunteering, working online, backpacking)
2022 ~Return back to Europe in May. ~ Long-distance hiking the Camino de Santiago (French Route). ~Hitchhike Spain & Norway. ~Van-trip Switzerland. ~Begin Asia nomad trip (current).
So as you can see I've done a fair mix of traveling from backpacking, bike-packing, hiking, living abroad, hitchhiking so I hope this convinces you to trust me and understand that all my course content comes from years of experience.
