Work With Pharma was initially founded following the experiences of transitioning into the Pharmaceutical Industry, and not really knowing where to go, or who to ask to get the information that was needed.

Following a number of years working in Clinical Practice as a Doctor, I came the decision for a change in Career. I wanted to pursue something where my training, knowledge and experience could contribute to my own objectives of progression and development, but simultaneously continue working to the benefit of patient care.

My experience of the transition into industry, and the evident lack of help/training resources, led me to start this project as a leading resource for assisting others in exploring and achieving a similar path into Pharmaceutical Careers.
