I have been passionate about heath since my late teens. I was about 30 pounds overweight as a teen because my eating habits were all wrong. Once I learned how to eat congruent to how it is in nature, the weight came off and stayed off. It is not hard to keep weight off and enjoy a healthy and strong body, it's just that society has been teaching it all wrong.
