Jim Buchan is the founder of Crosslink Media, based near Charlotte, North Carolina. For over 50 years, he’s worked to develop the next generation of transformational leaders, both in the church world and in secular society.

Jim has had a diverse career as an attorney, a pastor, and the editor of influential publications such as Ministries Today, The Morning Star Journal, and Inspiration Devotional Magazine.

Having been involved in over 100 book projects, Jim’s own books include Walking the Leadership Highway—Without Becoming Roadkill, Apostolic Evangelism, The Church Split Cure, Attracting God’s Best, and Taking Your Church’s Vital Signs.
