Earlier he was working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, Nashik. His experience in the field of Engineering Education is of 29 years, out of those 20 years in KKWEER, Nashik & 6 years as a principal at K. K. W. Polytechnic, Chandori and another 3 years as the Principal at K.K.Wagh Women’s Polytechnic, Nashik.

He has several technical papers at the National and International level, to his credit. Prof. Manoj B. Jhade has also authored a book on “Microprocessor and Microcontroller” which is published in 2005. He has delivered a number of lectures as an expert at various seminars and conferences.
