I’m a UX and product strategist specializing in designing usable AI experiences. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across major global companies — including Sainsbury’s Group, Vodafone, and now in the energy services sector — helping teams design digital products that people can trust, understand, and actually use.
My expertise is at the intersection of user experience, AI, and product strategy. I’ve led initiatives that unify complex B2B software platforms, introduced UX guidelines for AI adoption, and coached teams on how to design AI features that balance innovation with usability.
I created this course, Designing Usable AI, to give you the same practical tools, frameworks, and mindset shifts that I use in the real world. My goal is simple: to help designers, product managers, and engineers cut through the hype, avoid common UX pitfalls, and design AI products that genuinely work for people.
When I’m not working on AI and UX strategy, I’m also a content creator in the world of motorsport and sim racing — where clarity, speed, and precision matter just as much as they do in product design.
I believe in teaching by doing. That means no unnecessary theory dumps, no fluff — just real-world insights you can immediately apply to your own projects.
