My background includes numerous years as a Team Lead/Manager leading AI-related initiatives and over 50 platform implementations. Most recently, I've been keeping banking software implementations on the happy path. I've implemented solutions for large enterprise clients with over 100,000 end users and dozens of Salesforce clouds for their clients. Other current projects include ad-hoc Agent creation and conversational AI podcasts (in multiple languages). I'm passionate about bringing Latin American and military individuals into the modern workforce. My happy path includes splitting time between daily commitments and collaborating with elected learning institutions.
