James’ coaching style and experience is versatile and wide-ranging. He started his career working for an international revenue generation organisation. He then became a founding employee at a sales and marketing consultancy, and it was here that we really had to learn to sell on the job.
In this role he trained sales teams and SMEs how to get new business, working with them to create over £4 million in new revenue. He also put the principles of B2B selling into practice first-hand as he helped to grow the company.
James has clients both in the UK and overseas. His career has taken him to North America, Spain and the Nordics. He has worked with different industries including Media, Tech, Legal, and Learning and Development. His clients range from individual Business Owners through to multinational companies.
James has an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, and 1,000+ hours of experience coaching individuals and teams in the commercial space.
