1993年よりオーストラリア在住。子どものころからアレルギーを患いステロイドに頼る毎日だった。薬では治らない重度のアトピーと本気で向き合おうと決意した40代にナチュラルな生活にシフトして行くことで、きれいな肌と健康な体を取り戻した。ナチュラルアレルギーケア アドバイザーとしてオンライン講座を開催中。小学5年生が理解できる、分かりやすい講座を目指している。
