Professional educator with 20+ years teaching, management and leadership experience in the independent education sector. I have worked in prep and senior school settings, across academic and pastoral roles. Having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in Three Dimensional Design in 1995, I went on to complete a PGCE before teaching Design & Technology in a number of UK independent schools. I am currently the Head of Sixth Form at Marlborough College Malaysia, having previously been Head of Design & Technology and a Senior School Housemaster since my arrival at the school in its opening year of 2012. With 950+ pupils on roll, Marlborough College Malaysia is a genuine expansion of its sister school, Marlborough College, UK. I have a genuine passion for my work, especially in my current role of developing the Sixth Form experience at MCM, and ensuring that it is as rewarding and fulfilling for our pupils as it can possibly be.
