After doing my diploma in Economics I worked as a consultant and continued with a Master in Media-Sciences and Didactics. I got more and more interested in the topics knowledge and individual/ organizational development - so I started a dissertation about "Cultures of Learning in Organizations" ...

And because I love to work with people and build bridges and spaces to grow ... I became a Systemic Coach (isb) a Hypnosystemic Coach (MeiHei), a Generative Coach (IAGC) ... and continue learning in a lot of ways. Thus, I got in contact with the Hero ´s Journey, the ultimative story for generative development. I still love the concept, but it needed an update and a transformation to connect with today media ... thats why I started becoming a Udemy-Course-Host.
