I am what you call a busy guy. But not busy in hustle bustle of to-do lists. Those are so 'old school' at this point. Much more into creating a life where I get to choose every day what I want to do. And that is a cool place to be. Some people would say I have 'made it'. I don't think that is accurate. A 'work in progress' I think it a constant state we are all in so we better learn quickly to enjoy the ride.

I am an real estate investor in the Atlanta metro area who enjoys creating win-win real estate transactions. I am also an educator in the field of Real Estate. Leveraging a mostly virtual staff, I have taken working with virtual assistants (VAs) to a high level where they do the majority of the work necessary to run my real estate investing business. As a result, I am able to do less while accomplishing more so I have the freedom to spend more time with friends and family and teach others to do the same.
