I studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University Berlin (TU Berlin) from 2008 to 2015. Since 2016, I work as Research Engeneer at TU Berlin at the Chair for Sustainable Corporate Development.

My research focuses mainly on qualification for Lean Production Systems and Sustainable Manufacturing. In this context, I worked in several industry projects to implement Lean topics and train employees. Additionally I am a lecturer for the study program Global Production Engineering (GPE) at TU Berlin, where I am giving lectures and excercises on topics such as resource efficiency and Lean in the pharmaceutical industry.

Since 2018, I also coordinate the European Engineering Team (EET) project. A joint master course at TU Berlin, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Politecnico di Milano, and Warsaw University of Technology which is getting funded by the ERASMUS+ framework of the European Union.
