My name is Leandro Caruso, and I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a heartfelt mission: to help build a low-carbon society by empowering people to launch and grow their careers in the solar energy industry. From absolute beginners to seasoned business owners, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals worldwide achieve their dreams and thrive in the renewable energy sector.

My journey began in my early 20s when I completed my thesis on hydrogen as an alternative fuel for transportation. This ignited a deep passion for renewable energy, setting me on a path of professional growth that has spanned over 13 years. Along the way, I’ve gained invaluable experience, and now, through my online courses and consulting services, I’m committed to sharing my knowledge to help others unlock their potential and achieve their career goals.

To date, I’ve been involved in over 500 solar installations across Australia and the United States, which has given me extensive hands-on expertise.
