Elizabeth earned her Master's in mathematics in 1996 and her PhD in mathematics in 2005.  She has been teaching college-level mathematics for 20 years, both online and in person.  She created a YouTube channel over ten years ago to help her students with shorter pieces of content.  While watching someone do mathematics is useful, the best way to learn is by doing mathematics.
