I am “PhD Guide/PhD Supervisor” in “Commerce and Management Faculty” with more than 14 years of Teaching and Research Experience to MBA students and PhD Research Scholars.

I have handled many Industrial Research Project like Industry Analysis, Market Research Survey, Syndicate Research, Data Analysis, Online Market Research, Perceptual Mapping.

As Part of My Academic Qualification, I have done PhD, MBA (Marketing and HRM), BCS, NET and SET from University of Pune.

I am working as an Editor, Reviewer for many National and Internal Reputed Journals.

I have published more than 22 research papers in National and International Reputed Referred Journal.

I am the author of 07 Books.

I have always used interactive teaching style that encourages student participation and enthusiasm while facilitating learning.

I always view teaching and learning as a dynamic and interactive process.

“I like to teach complicated research concept and data analysis term in simpler and easy language”.

In particular, I love teaching Business Research Methods and Data Analysis and I currently have a YouTube channel (Dr Yogesh Gaikwad) devoted to - "Easy and simple way to learn Business Research Methods". My channel is growing rapidly with many views and subscribers.

Apart from teaching, I have involved in various interdisciplinary research activity. I'm an active researcher.

I have a unique patter of living and thinking i.e. “Always think positive, see invisible, feels intangible and achieve impossible”
