Dr. Sudhir Sawarkar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of global industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and quality systems. He holds a Doctorate in Biotechnology and has undergone advanced training in Quality Management, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Japan.

Currently serving as Principal Scientist and Lead Consultant at QRServes Global LLC, UAE, Dr. Sawarkar has previously held key roles at Dabur International Ltd. and Unilever. His expertise spans across Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Occupational Health & Safety (OHSE), Energy Management Systems (EnMS), and Food Safety (FSSC/ISO 22001/HACCP).

He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, EFQM Business Excellence Assessor, and a Lead Auditor/Trainer for multiple ISO standards. Dr. Sawarkar is also a published author with 12 research studies and books to his credit and serves on advisory boards for universities in the fields of medical, health, and cosmetic sciences.
