David Dilday has held technical leadership roles for over 20 years and currently works at AHEAD, LLC as a Principal Consultant - Cloud & Platform Engineering.

Day-to-day, David works with clients to help them find solutions to their business challenges by enhancing their cloud operational maturity, controlling cloud costs, and improving processes to ensure delivery excellence. In addition to optimizing cloud operations, David serves as a consultant, guiding businesses through cloud adoption strategies, executing cloud migrations, and providing expert advice on leveraging Microsoft solutions—particularly Microsoft 365—to drive productivity, security, and scalability.

David has lead hundreds of people in various management roles over the years, but his passion remains providing opportunities for others to succeed and find fulfillment both personally and professionally.

When not at work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
